Ultrasonic welding machine Standard2-3000
The Standard2-3000 ultrasonic welding machine with pneumatic drive and 20 kHz frequency is ideal for welding, cutting and punching thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films, or for embedding metal parts in plastic. Standard models can be used for high-precision machining of parts made from plastic with designs of average complexity and large to medium-sized dimensions.
The Standard2-3000 offers process monitoring and traceability. With an adjustable travel measurement of 0.01 mm, they work very precisely and ensure reproducible welding results. Process data can be stored, exported via interfaces or read out via PROFINET. Customisable user rights and an audit trail enable optimal quality assurance.

Application examples
- Ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films
- Ultrasonic cutting of non-wovens containing plastic and textiles as well as films
- Ultrasonic punching of thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films
- Ultrasonic fusion forming of thermoplastic moulded parts
- Ultrasonic inserting of metal inserts in thermoplastic moulded parts

Unbeatable for interlock applications
The Standard2-3000 really shines in interlock applications: The pneumatic drive enables flexible, force-controlled motion and reliably compensates for variations in material and thickness. The interlocking tool structures generate a three-dimensional, high-strength weld seam. This enables narrow seams and material savings – and all this with targeted energy input with ultrasonics rather than widespread heat exposure as with heat sealing.

Advantages of the Standard2-3000 ultrasonic welding machine
Maximum reproducibility
The database for the ultrasonic welding machine can store as many parameter data sets as required.

Simple quality control
The weld data can be stored on the internal hard drive, the company’s own network or on an external storage medium, or be read out via PROFINET.

7 welding modes to choose from
Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the Standard series:
- Welding time
- Welding energy
- Welding time AND/OR welding energy
- Welding travel (abs. or diff.)
- Contact cut-off

Trigger (ultrasonic trigger point)
The welding operation can be initiated using a trigger. You can choose from the following triggers:
- Time
- Travel
- Contact pressure
- external signal
- Travel and pressure

User administration
You can assign user authorisations using a menu-based system: Users are granted targeted access to individual menu items, allowing access to specific functions or areas of the user interface to be controlled individually, which increases process reliability.

Increase process reliability
A part counter and a reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic welding machines from the Standard series. They can also be set as a limit.

High process reliability
You can set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.

After-pulse
To prevent lightweight workpieces from potentially getting stuck on the horn, an after-pulse can be activated.

Adjustable amplitude
You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 1% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result.

Reliable
RINCO products operate very reliably and have a long service life.

Save time
Our products are practically maintenance-free.

Flexibility
Thanks to the modular construction of our components, a manual workstation can be developed into an automation line or integrated into a special purpose machine at any time.

Options

Lots of integration options
The Standard2-3000 can be used in many different situations and environments. Can be integrated into RINCO sound enclosures, RINCO workstations, special purpose machines and automated lines, for example.

Quick-change system for tools
Thanks to the quick-change system, tools can be replaced within just a few minutes. This minimises the risk of errors. The removable carriers are indexed. Quick-change systems are available for oscillator systems and anvils.

Film feeder
The film protects your workpiece from possible marks during welding, especially on high-gloss surfaces. The film is automatically retracted after each weld, whereby the travel and speed are adjustable.
