Advantages of ADG2 ultrasonic generator
Integration into special purpose machines
The ADG2 ultrasonic generator is optimal for integration into special-purpose machines. Communication with the PLC takes place via digital I/O by default. A PROFINET interface is also available as an option for even more flexible integration into automated systems.
Quality assurance
Weld data can be saved to the internal hard drive, the company’s internal network or an external storage medium. This provides reliable support for process documentation, quality control and traceability.
7 welding modes to choose from
Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the ADG2 series:
- Welding time
- Welding energy
- Welding time AND/OR welding energy
- Welding travel (abs. or diff.)
- Contact cut-off
User administration
You can assign user authorisations using a menu-based system: Users are granted targeted access to individual menu items, allowing access to specific functions or areas of the user interface to be controlled individually, which increases process reliability.
Part counters – Increase process reliability
A part counter and a reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic generators from the ADG2 series.
Maximum reproducibility
Store the welding parameters for your applications in the internal database and retrieve them at any time. This ensures that welding results can be reproduced at any time.
High process reliability
RINCO generators operate very reliably and have a long service life.
Quality control
The ADG2 ultrasonic generators can be used to set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.
