We designed the ultrasonic welding machine Standard 50 for ultrasonic welding of plastics in the context of microcomponents such as microelectronics. The operating frequency of 70 kHz enables maximum precision even when welding on a tiny scale. The precision pressure regulator supports a pressure setting of 0.01 bar/psi and maintains constant pressure. The ultrasonic welding machine Standard 50 with pneumatic drive type is the perfect choice for welding, cutting and punching small thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens, textiles and films. What’s more, it allows metal parts to be embedded into plastic components.

Precision pressure regulator
The precision pressure regulator enables an extremely accurate pressure setting with a fine adjustment of 0.01 bar. The integrated display helps you to set the pressure precisely. You also have the option of selecting either the units bar and psi to customise the display to your needs.

7 welding modes to choose from
Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the Standard series:

- Contact cut-off
Trigger (ultrasonic trigger point)
The welding operation can be initiated using a trigger. You can choose from the following triggers:

User administration
Multi-level user administration is available to help you safeguard quality.
Increase process reliability
A part counter and a reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic welding machines from the Standard series. They can also be set as a limit.
High process reliability
You can set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.
After-pulse
To prevent lightweight workpieces from potentially getting stuck on the horn, an after-pulse can be activated.
Adjustable amplitude
You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 1% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result.

Options
Ergonomic two-hand control device
The ultrasonic welding machines are equipped with a two-hand control device with push-button as standard. For even more ergonomic working, the two-hand control device with push-button can be replaced with a two-hand control device with Duo Touch switch. The welding process is triggered by touching the contact surfaces on both sides.
Footswitch – Optimise the work process
The welding process on the Standard 50 can also be triggered with a footswitch instead of the two-hand release device.
