Ultrasonic welding machine Standard 3000
The Standard 3000 ultrasonic welding machine with pneumatic drive type is ideal for welding, cutting and punching thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films, or for embedding metal parts in plastic. Standard models can be used for high-precision machining of parts made from plastic with designs of average complexity and large to medium-sized dimensions.
With an adjustable travel measurement of 0.01 mm, these machines work very precisely and achieve accurate welding results.
The option to store up to 32 parameter data sets ensures repeatability. Multi-level user administration controls permission to make changes to welding parameters, thereby increasing process reliability in operation.

The Standard 3000 is also available in a version with chrome steel housing and meets the high requirements expected of machines used in the medical sector.
The Standard 3000 CR (CleanRoom) is also certified to ISO class 6.

Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the Standard series:

User administration
Multi-level user administration is available to help you safeguard quality.
Increase process reliability
A part counter and a reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic welding machines from the Standard series. They can also be set as a limit.
High process reliability
You can set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.
After-pulse
To prevent lightweight workpieces from potentially getting stuck on the horn, an after-pulse can be activated.
Adjustable amplitude
You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 1% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result.

Lots of integration options
The Standard 3000 can be used in many different situations and environments. Can be integrated into RINCO sound enclosures, RINCO workstations, special purpose machines and automated lines, for example.
Ergonomic two-hand control device
The ultrasonic welding machines are equipped with a two-hand control device with push-button as standard. For even more ergonomic working, the two-hand control device with push-button can be replaced with a two-hand control device with Duo Touch switch. The welding process is triggered by touching the contact surfaces on both sides.
Film feeder
The film protects your workpiece from possible marks during welding, especially on high-gloss surfaces. The film is automatically retracted after each weld, whereby the travel and speed are adjustable.
