Precise continuous ultrasonic cutting
Specifically designed for continuous cutting, the CH35 uses ultrasonic technology to produce precise cuts. The generator allows you to fine tune the ultrasonic cutting parameters to perfect the cutting result. The start signal for the cutting process is controlled via a PLC.
Suitable converters and boosters for every requirement
We offer a selection of different converters and boosters to ensure that your CH35 is perfectly tailored to your individual requirements. If you want to cut materials that are reinforced with carbon or fibreglass, we recommend boosters with amplitude amplification.
Two variants
CH35 with cutting horn
The CH35 with cutting horn has a sharply ground ultrasonic knife and a flat foot with a replaceable carbide plate. The carbide plate can be rotated if worn.
CH35 with cutting wheel
This variant of the CH35 has a flat horn and a cutting wheel in the foot. It is particularly suitable for straight cuts. The cutting wheel can be rotated if worn. The flat horn has a carbide insert which provides it with particularly good protection against wear.

Cutting and sealing edges in a single step
During the cutting process, the edges are automatically sealed due to the ultrasonic effect. This eliminates a production step and helps you increase productivity.

Our CH35 is not only powerful, but also extremely user-friendly. With its simple tool change function, you can easily switch between different applications without losing valuable time. This also makes it easy to adjust to different material thicknesses.
Infinite force regulation
The cutting force is easily and infinitely adjustable thanks to the force adjusting screw. This means the cutting process can be optimised and the cutting horn protected against unnecessary wear.
Optimal sliding capacity
Thanks to the flat foot and Teflon inserts, the CH35 glides easily across the cutting rail or the textile/film.
Practically maintenance-free and durable
Another advantage of the CH35 is its almost maintenance-free design, which saves you additional time and costs. In addition, the CH35 cutting head is extremely durable.
Options
Valve box for air cooling
Continuous welding sometimes requires cooling. To regulate the compressed air for cooling, our range includes a valve box.
Positioning gauge
To make adjusting the tools exceptionally easy, we have designed a positioning gauge. This aligns the horn with the foot. This means the CH35 is ready for operation again in seconds after a tool change.
