About us

RINCO ULTRASONICS GmbH was founded in Germany in 2004 and has been based in Straubenhardt ever since. Over the years, we have developed into a leading centre of excellence for ultrasound technology. At our site, we not only pool all our expertise, but also state-of-the-art technology and innovative development processes to ensure that we can always offer our customers the best possible solutions. We are proud to be able to support our customers at all times with advice and assistance, whether through customised consultation, customised training or rapid technical support. Our expertise and dedication make us a reliable partner for companies that place the highest demands on their welding processes. 

Application consulting

We not only offer comprehensive consultation on our ultrasonic welding machines, but also support you every step of the way through the welding process. From selection of the optimal materials to achieving the perfect moulded part geometry, we are at your side to ensure that you achieve the best possible welding results. Our goal is to provide you with a customised solution that meets your production requirements and guarantees the highest quality. With our in-depth expertise and many years of experience, we make sure that your welding processes run efficiently, precisely and reliably. 

Sampling

We would be happy to test your welding samples either at our site or at the RINCO ULTRASONICS headquarters in Romanshorn on Lake Constance in Switzerland. You can rest assured that we will treat your samples and all related information as confidential at all times. If you would like, you are welcome to attend the test welds in person, either at our premises or directly in Switzerland. This makes it possible for you to see the quality of our work and the performance of our ultrasonic welding technology for yourself.

Training



We are happy to offer you and your team comprehensive training on our ultrasonic welding machines. This training can be customised to your requirements and takes place either at your site or at our company. Our goal is to familiarise your team with the machines as thoroughly as possible so that you can make optimal use of the technology and achieve the best welding results. We tailor the training content to your specific needs to make sure that all participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work efficiently and safely with our equipment.
