The Ecoline generator redefines ease of use: Our lightest ultrasonic generator, it is extremely easy to operate and specially designed for use with ultrasonic hand units.
Thanks to the plug-and-play functionality, the generator is ready for use right away. You can first determine the optimum amplitude in test mode before storing the setting and switching to operating mode.
Status and power LEDs provide clear indication of the status of the hand unit and the power currently being used during operation, so you are always informed.
Manual ultrasonic welding and ultrasonic cutting
With the Ecoline ultrasonic generator, we are offering a versatile tool for a wide range of applications in the field of ultrasonic technology. Developed specifically for use with ultrasonic hand units, our generator allows you to perform a wide variety of tasks precisely and efficiently, including:

Adjustable amplitude
The oscillation width is set using the amplitude button. You can change the value for the amplitude in 10% increments between 40% and 100% to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result. An LED bar indicates the current power in real time during the welding process.

Status always visible
Thanks to the LEDs on the user interface, you can always see the current status of the ultrasonic generator.

The lightweight carrying case is ideal for storing and easily transporting ultrasonic equipment. Every time you buy a hand unit with an Ecoline generator, you will also get this carrying case. The service tool for the hand unit is also included.

Our Ecoline generator works using plug and play. Simply connect the cable and you’re ready to get to work! Thanks to the simple handling, the generator is ready for operation immediately.
Air cooling
If you use the generator continuously, it may be necessary to cool the horn. And don't worry, our generator is equipped with an integrated cooling connection. Compressed air hoses are also integrated into the cables of our hand units.
Simple ultrasonic process
You can trigger the welding process using a button on the hand unit. It will remain active until you release the button.

Thanks to the small but robust construction, the Ecoline fits on every workbench. It can be transported safely using the handle on the generator or its practical carrying case.
