Our CS35 is designed to give you maximum freedom during flexible cutting. The cutting horn is fixed and the edge of the component being cleaned is guided along the cutting horn. Maximum flexibility and safety
With the foot switch, you have both hands free for the cutting process, meaning you can optimise your work processes. For maximum safety, the CS35 cutting station has an emergency stop function to quickly handle unforeseen situations. For additional safety, it incorporates a stroke limiter of 6 mm.
Sustainable use of resources
Thanks to a magnetic valve, cooling is only activated during the cutting process to ensure the efficient use of resources. The pressure of the horn is conveniently adjusted via the pressure gauge, so that you can precisely adjust the cutting force to your requirements.
Two variants
CS35-3 as floor-standing model
The floor version of the CS35 is ideal for use directly at the production site and, thanks to its sturdy design, offers an ergonomic solution for standing operation.
CS35-5 as table-top model
The tabletop version of the CS35 enables precise manual cutting with low space requirements and can be easily integrated into existing workstations.
