The housing on the HG35‑EC and HG35‑RS ultrasonic hand welding guns is made from reinforced plastic, making the guns both robust and extremely lightweight. The ergonomic handle with its non-slip soft-touch surface adds to the well-balanced shape and makes working with the hand units safe and convenient.
Status at a glance at all times
To make the work process easier, an integrated LED on the back of the hand-held welding unit indicates the status of the ultrasound or the ultrasonic generator.
- Green: The device is ready
- Yellow: Ultrasound is active
- Red: An error has occurred
This makes it easier to monitor the welding process and improves quality assurance.
