RDG Ultrasonic Generators
RDG series generators are compatible with lots of special actuators, all cutters and all hand units.
Their simple programming and lack of maintenance set them apart. What's more, they feature robust housing and are very reliable.
RDG generators can be placed in a multirack to operate up to five modules simultaneously with large systems.

Softstart and softstop function
To gently augment and attenuate the oscillations of complex horns to protect these from damage.
Air cooling
With continuous use, the generator may require cooling under certain circumstances. A fan has already been integrated into the generator.
Quality control
The RDG ultrasonic generators can be used to set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.
Weld mode
The RDG Serie can be operated in continuous mode.
Simple handling
The generators are easy to programme and operate.
Test mode
The TEST button on the generator can be used to trigger the ultrasound for a few seconds. With this, you will find the ideal starting frequency for the ultrasonic process after a change to the oscillator system.
High process reliability
RINCO generators operate very reliably and have a long service life.
Adjustable amplitude
You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 10% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result. An LED bar indicates the power in real time during the welding process.
Status always visible
Thanks to the LEDs on the user interface, you can always see the status of the connected hand unit at the time.
- Green = Ultrasound ready
- Yellow = Ultrasound active
- Red = Error
Power overload
In the event of a power overload, the welding process is aborted to protect the generator and oscillator system.

A part counter is integrated into all ultrasonic generators from the RDG series.
