ADG Ultrasonic Generators
Generators from the ADG series are compatible with ultrasonic welding systems from the Standard series and are also suitable for operating several actuators. What's more, they are designed to be integrated into automated lines or special purpose machines.
ADG generators are ideal for production under extended quality control measures.

The ADG generator is ideal for integration into special purpose machines. It communicates with the PLC via digital I/O.
Suitable for cleanrooms
All ultrasonic generators from the ADG series are also available as a cleanroom version. These are certified to ISO 14644-1 ISO class 6.
Quality assurance
Thanks to the RS232 serial interface, data can be transmitted so that the welding data can be logged externally.
7 welding modes to choose from
Thanks to the welding modes, you can find the right setting for every application, meaning that perfect welding is guaranteed. The following welding modes can be selected on the ADG series:
- Welding time
- Welding energy
- Welding time AND/OR welding energy
- Welding travel (abs. or diff.)
- Contact cut-off
User administration
Multi-level user administration.
Part counters – Increase process reliability
A part counter and a reject counter are integrated into all ultrasonic generators from the ADG series.
Highest levels of repeatability
Thanks to the option to store up to 32 parameter data sets and display the last 25 welding results.
High process reliability
RINCO generators operate very reliably and have a long service life.
Quality control
The ADG ultrasonic generators can be used to set a wide range of limits that issue a warning or stop the machine.
