The new Automatic Blister Welder ABW35 makes blister welding easier than ever before. The compact welding unit does not need a foot switch nor a two-hand start. The welding process is activated by an integrated, adjustable micro switch as soon as the packaging is positioned correctly. This allows for very fast cycle times and absolute user friendliness.

The 35kHz device is controlled with either an SL or an RL generator with 400 W or 600 W depending on specific requirements. A wide range of standard tools enables users to create welding seams up to a width of 50 mm. With customer-specific tools it is even possible to perform spot welding operations with 100m width. The ABW35 can both be conveniently placed on tables and mounted to walls or other structures. As all RINCO machines it is suitable for integration into automation lines.
 
Apart from blister packaging, the ABW35 also allows for the welding of coated and laminated packaging as well as for foil packages. Common materials are PET, PETG, PE, PP, PVC and PVA amongst others.
